Deposit: Due to the nature of our business if you need to cancel for any reason the deposit unfortunately is not refundable. We do this bussines really seriously and professionally, with your deposit we pay captains, crew, docking fees and the time of the boat for your reservation date , It is impossible to get money back because is not professional and we don’t do it, for that reason if you cancel unfortunately we can’t refund.. We hope that when you come you enjoy nothing but a wonderful experience with us.
-Boat switch out once you make a reservation for a boat, we will not be able to downsize nor upgrade unless there is a last minute cancellation. It is not guaranteed, because all the boats tend to have reservations already. Captains are already paid and we cannot make any promises. Asking for a deposit from one individual to send it to another is not professional and it goes against our rules.
-Number Of Guest Remember that only a certain number of people are allowed on each boat due to marine laws and regulation. If you arrive with more people in your group than what is permitted, the captain will cancel your charter and you will lose your deposit.
– ARRIVAL TIME Remember that your time on the boat starts to run at the time of your reservation, try to arrive 15-30 minutes prior because we do not give extra time, we are very strict with the times, we want you to be very clear about that.
– Take sunscreen and appropriate clothing.
- You can bring any drinks and foods that you want.
– Traditional Hookah and boats are not friends, do not carry hooka it avoid burning the boat and having to PAY for repairs. Electric hookah is allowed and all other smoking is for the most part acceptable. If you are not sure what’s ok and what’s not please feel free to ask us beginning of reservation.
– PLEASE DONT THROW TOILET PAPER IN THE TOILET YOU WILL BE CHARGED $200 IF THE TOILET IS BROKEN AT THE END OF THE CHARTER! THERE IS DISPOSABLE BINS THAT WILL BE DISCOVERED WHEN GOING OVER INSTRUCTIONS PRIOR TO LEAVING THE DOCK
– When the boat is starting please keep your group calm and seated until you reach a safe point.
– If you are going to SMOKE, please do not smoke inside of the boat or near the seats to avoid burning them and having to PAY repair fee or cleaning fee.
– Bring your identification in case the police/coast guard does a routine checkup and you have no problem
– We are all friends and we always want to have a good time so please do not overdo it. Behave out there and enjoy a wonderful day on the boat with us.
– We always recommend our clients to arrive by Uber, there is also parking lot space outside if you decide to drive to the marina
– We are not responsible for accidents, blows or falls on the boats.
– We want to always be clear and sincere with our clients, that is why we clarify that WE DO NOT MAKE REFUNDS
– Charters may have last minute rescheduling or boat change if your boat has a last minute inconvenience, captains can only wait 1 hr for you in the marina If you do not come to receive your service you LOSE the deposit. WE DO NOT DO REFUNDS
-We are not responsible if you suffer an accident or inconvenience before going to the marina, if you are not here at the time you have the reservation and you do not arrive your service is canceled and the deposit will be to pay captains and crew time. We are fair if you notify us prior that you are running late captain does not mind waiting for you to arrive. Time will still start based on original reservation time.
– DAMAGES to the boat must be paid in full.
– If there is bad weather, where it’s not safe for the captain to operate the vessel, we can postponed your deposit for a future reschedule day you choose that’s available but no refund.
-WE DO NOT reschedules if someone in your party has tested positive for covid-19, if the person who rented the boat test’s positive for Covid-19 we can reschedule (we would need to see the test results), if someone in your party has gets COVID we will have to cancel or do the charter with you and the rest of your group.
-If you come from another city and need to reschedule for weather or covid you have up to a full year to select a new date.
– We don’t take same day reschedules or last minute reschedules(72 hours notice) for any reason. If you can’t arrive we will have to cancel and you lose the deposit.
WE KNOW THAT IT IS VERY UNFORTUNATE TO LOSE A DEPOSIT AFTER BOOKING A BOAT BUT IT IS VERY UPSETTING FOR US AS A COMPANY TO LOSE TIME AND OPPORTUNITY TO RENT OUR VESSELS OUT. WE TAKE OUR BUSINESS SERIOUSLY AND WHEN YOUR DEPSOIT IS SUBMITTED THE REQUESTED YACHT IS MARKED OFF THE CALENDAR AND IS UNAVAILABLE TO ANY FUTURE INQUIRIES BECAUSE WE HAVE YOUR COMMITTMENT.
-Our Company owns yachts and also manage various yachts on our fleet. If the vessel you requested is a vessel that we manage we will provide you a contract to review and signed from the owner of that specific vessel.
